Free Shipping on Your First Purchase: RUBI GOLD LLC will cover the cost of standard shipping on the customer's first purchase, provided the order qualifies for this promotion. This offer does not apply to returns, exchanges, or expedited shipping. Any additional charges for express shipping are the customer's responsibility.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Once processed, your order will be carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx, or another trusted shipping carrier, depending on the destination and the shipping service available at the time of purchase.

The estimated delivery time within the United States is 4 to 10 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond the control of RUBI GOLD LLC.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If you have opted in to receive notifications, your tracking information may also be sent via WhatsApp and/or SMS.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

For added security, RUBI GOLD LLC recommends shipping your order to the nearest USPS or FedEx location for pickup whenever this option is available.

This helps ensure that only the authorized recipient receives the package.

If the customer requests home delivery instead of pickup at a carrier location, the customer accepts full responsibility for that delivery method.

Once the shipping carrier marks the package as "Delivered," RUBI GOLD LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages delivered to the address provided by the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any house number, apartment number, unit number, or other information required for delivery. If an order is returned to RUBI GOLD LLC because the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or missing required information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the order.

 

 

REMOTE DELIVERY AREAS

Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional shipping charges or longer delivery times.

In these situations, RUBI GOLD LLC reserves the right to cancel the order or request the customer's approval for any additional shipping costs before processing the shipment.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transportation and delivery become the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately to initiate an investigation.

RUBI GOLD LLC will gladly assist by providing any information necessary to support the carrier's investigation. However, RUBI GOLD LLC is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, especially when the customer has chosen home delivery.
